If you don't already know about it, I recently set up a pregnancy and new Mummy support group during the Coronavirus outbreak, which you can read about here. Within this I've set up virtual events so you don't miss out on your usual classes and appointments during this time, you can see all future upcoming events here.
Our 31st online event was live antenatal class with NCT antenatal teacher Zerin Smith from Zerin Smith Antenatal & Baby Massage. Zerin will be answering questions such as, how to create a birth plan, where to find out about restrictions in services, how to prepare positively for your upcoming labour & birth or how to navigate the pandemic with a newborn baby. Anything to do with stages of labour, signs to look out for etc.
