Our 11th online event was a live pregnancy yoga class is with Nerissa Fields from Mindfulness Yoga with Nerissa. She'll not only be teaching the class focussing on the preparation of labour & childbirth, but also answering any questions you may have about your own personal aches & pains and what positions can help you etc. So please do ask if you want more in depth info to what she's saying.
Wear comfy clothes and have a couple of pillows ready!
