If you don't already know about it, I recently set up a pregnancy and new Mummy support group during the Coronavirus outbreak, which you can read about here. Within this I've set up virtual events so you don't miss out on your usual classes and appointments during this time, you can see all future upcoming events here.
Our 4th online event was with Emma Healey from So Hum Yoga. She taught a gentle pregnancy yoga class suitable for beginners upwards and it will end with a guided relaxation. The event lasted around one hour, and is suitable for for Mummy's that are 12 weeks plus or 6 weeks pp (10 for c-section or severe tearing) plus. Emma has recommended wearing something comfortable and warm, and make sure you have room to stretch out. For the relaxation it's nice to have a pillow or two and a blanket.
