Our 12th online event was a live prenatal fitness class is with Versha Patel from Birth & Beyond Fitness. She will teach a pregnancy fitness class suitable for 6+ weeks of pregnancy. Versha has recommended having some water, wearing something comfortable as well as a comfortable surface to exercise on and have a couple of pillows ready - you'll be doing standing and floor exercises.
